Position: Meat Production Worker
We are hiring men, women, and couples aged 18 to 45 to work in a meat processing facility in Poland. This role involves handling, processing, and packaging meat products in a clean and organized environment.
Salary:
950–1,200 EUR/month (net), with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
Working Hours:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or night).
Rotational shifts, including weekends during peak periods.
Breaks include 20 minutes for lunch and two 10-minute pauses.

Vacation:

  • 20 paid vacation days annually.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process raw meat products according to production guidelines.
  • Operate cutting, slicing, and packaging machines.
  • Weigh, label, and package meat products for shipment.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet hygiene and safety standards.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations after use.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a refrigerated environment (temperatures between +2°C and +8°C).
  • Standing for extended periods and handling light to moderate physical tasks.
  • Employer-provided uniforms and safety equipment.

Requirements:

  • Age: 18–45.
  • Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks in a cool environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety (preferred but not required; training provided).
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Basic English or Polish language skills (preferred).
