Position: Cleaning Worker
We are hiring men, women, and couples aged 18 to 45 for cleaning roles in various locations in Albania. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential, commercial, or industrial spaces.
Salary:
- 700–1,000 EUR/month (net), with overtime and performance bonuses available.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
- Rotational shifts may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Breaks include 20 minutes for lunch and two 10-minute pauses.
Vacation:
- 20 paid vacation days annually.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dispose of trash and replenish supplies as needed.
- Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a variety of settings, such as offices, homes, or industrial spaces.
- Light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Cleaning supplies and uniforms provided by the employer.
Requirements:
- Age: 18–45.
- Physical fitness to handle cleaning tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Basic English or Albanian language skills (preferred).
